Description

How will nonprofits deliver direct services in our local communities if they can no longer afford the space to do it in? Many of us are wondering how nonprofits are coping with rising competition for commercial real estate and the size of the threat to all kinds of services from food banks to social services to the arts.

This survey provides data about what’s happening with nonprofit commercial space in the six counties of Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Santa Clara, San Francisco, and San Mateo.

Join Us To:

  • Hear the survey results of 500 nonprofits from around the Bay Area

  • Find out more about whether the organizations that foundations have supported all these years will be around to serve the communities relying on them in the years to come

  • Hear the latest data on what’s happening and participate in the discussion about nonprofit displacement

Presented by NCG and Harder + Company Community Research along with The San Francisco Foundation, Walter and Elise Haas Fund, William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, Silicon Valley Community Foundation, Y & H Soda Fund, East Bay Community Foundation, Common Counsel Foundation, and the City and County of San Francisco
